Aaron A. Black is an associate attorney focusing his practice on insurance defense litigation. Aaron started with Heckler & Frabizzio as a part-time law clerk while in his final year of law school. Prior to joining Heckler & Frabizzio, Aaron was a law clerk at a Scranton, PA based firm, and a law clerk in a Wilmington, DE firm. While in law school, Aaron was an Extern Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Spiros E. Angelos of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Aaron was also a member of all three Honor Societies which included a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a senior staff editor of the Widener Law Review, and the President of Delaware Law School’s Transactional Law Honor Society.

Aaron was one of few graduating law students whose bar exam was cancelled in the Summer of 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Aaron received a Certified Limited Practice Law License from the State of Delaware and began practicing in December of 2020. Aaron retained his license after passing the Delaware Bar Exam in the Summer of 2021 and was officially sworn in as a Delaware attorney in January of 2022.
