Practice Groups      Worker’s Compensation Defense -This practice group is led by the Managing Partner, George B. Heckler, Jr.  Representing area self-insureds and major insurance companies, Heckler & Frabizzio receives new case assignments daily which are assigned to three or four person teams for handling.  In most cases, a new matter is overseen by a firm partner who receives assistance from an associate and paralegal.  These "teams" compliment each other as job responsibilities are clearly defined within the organization.  Ultimate responsibility for each matter rests with the assigned partner.      Personal Injury Defense - This practice group is headed by senior partner, Daniel L. McKenty.  Mr. McKenty and his team are assigned to each matter in the same fashion as the workers' compensation cases.  Personal Injury cases received from clients are immediately opened and a clear direction for defense is outlined.      General Litigation - Also overseen by Mr. McKenty, this practice group consists of many case types such as professional liability, school teachers' liability, asbestos, and medical malpractice.  Again, using the team approach, a partner, associate and paralegal are immediately assigned and a strategic defense plan outlined.
