FEMON A. B. PADMORE II (Firm Tenure: 2024; Position: Workers’ Compensation Attorney) Femon, an East Orange, New Jersey native, graduated from Kean University, cum laude, in May of 2019. Femon spent three years as a paralegal at a creditor’s rights law firm in New Jersey before attending Widener University Delaware Law School and graduating in May 2025.

While in law school, Femon was a judicial extern at the Delaware Court of Chancery for the Honorable Magistrate Loren Mitchell. Femon served as the External Managing Editor of Widener Law Review, leading the Law Review in advanced legal research and legal writing. Femon was also active in the Moot Court Honor Society, Transactional Law Honor Society, and served as Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society in both his second and third year of law school where he was recognized as “Best Negotiator” and writing the “Best Brief.”  Femon was placed as the top student in the Alternative Dispute Resolution course, which was taught by Delaware’s notable civil litigation mediator, Yvonne Saville, Esquire. Femon joined the firm as a Law Clerk in the summer of 2024 and has remained with the firm since that time.

In addition to being sworn into the Delaware bar in December 2025 following the July 2025 Delaware Bar Exam, Femon is also an active member in the Delaware Barristers Association,  Multicultural Judges & Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Workers’ Compensation Division, Randy Holland Inn of Court, and volunteers at the Delaware Law Related Education Center.

Outside of work, Femon enjoys exercising, world travels, beach exploring, cooking, playing the flute, and spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their Frenchie, Bryson.
