Julia R. McDonald (Firm Tenure: 2022; Position: Workers Compensation Attorney) Julia, a Scranton, PA native, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, cum laude, in May of 2020. Immediately thereafter, Julia attended Widener University Delaware Law School as a legacy student and graduated cum laude in April 2023. In addition to being placed on the Dean’s List every semester of law school and graduating in the top 10% of her class, Julia was also actively involved in the Transactional Law Honor Society and served as the Bluebook Editor of Widener Law Review.
Julia’s legal experience officially began in 2019 when she served as a legal intern for federal district court Judge Malachy Mannion in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. After starting law school, she returned to Judge Mannion’s chambers in the summer of 2021 as a Law Clerk. In her second year, Julia worked for a small law firm in Pennsylvania practicing in areas which included personal injury, family law, and criminal law. Julia joined the firm as a Law Clerk in the summer of 2022 and has remained with the firm since that time.
Julia was sworn into the Delaware bar in December 2023 following the July 2023 Delaware Bar Exam
