Heckler & Frabizzio is proud to announce our new partner, Miranda Clifton, effective January 17, 2022. Ms. Clifton will be practicing in the Firm’s liability department led by Patrick Rock. As a Partner, Ms. Clifton will continue to further the firm’s mission statement as THE Preeminent Delaware Law Firm.

After graduating from the Widener University of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Clifton was admitted to practice law in Delaware in 2000. Ms. Clifton continued her education and graduated from Wilmington University in 2015 with her Master of Business Administration. Ms. Clifton serves as an adjunct professor at Wilmington University in their Graduate Business department. Ms. Clifton has over twenty years of experience litigating defendants’ personal injury matters, nine years as a trial attorney for Nationwide Insurance, and over ten years for private firms. She has been certified by the Delaware Superior Court as a mediator and serves as both mediator and arbitrator in resolving disputes for other Delaware attorneys. Leading up to being elected President of the Delaware State Bar Association in 2016-2017, Ms. Clifton served on the Delaware State Bar Association for nine years, holding multiple positions. She has also held the Chair of the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association for a 2-year term. Ms. Clifton is also a Member of the Kent County Bar Association and Terry-Carey Inn of Court.
